We ship our products using ground shipping by Fedex or UPS. A tracking number will be provided to the customer.

We provide a full refund for the listed cutterheads within a month after the purchase, as long as the returned cuttherhead is intact. No question will be ever asked. The shipping cost is paid by the customer. For customized cutterheads, if the designs are confirmed by the customer before the purchase and there is no defects on the cuttheads upon arrival, no return would be accepted.

We ship out the orders within 3 business days. Note that our office is closed during Christmas and New Year holidays.

Overall there is no major difference between installation a spiral cutterhead and a stock cutterhead on your machine. We are able to provide installation procedure documents for popular planer/jointer models, upon customer's request, to support the installation. Note that the installation ultimately requires a degree of familiarity of machinery and knowledge of mechanics. In addition, installation tools such as bearing puller, sockets, and mallet, will be required to pull off existing bearings and installing a helical cutterhead and a pulley.
