What we listed on this website is only a partial list of our cutterheads. Email us the manufacturer and the model of your planer and jointer and we may have it.

In addition, we are able to design and machine customized cutterheads for our customers. We have capable mechanical engineers available to help our customers design helical cutterheads and provide engineering advices to retrofit your woodworking machinery. 

 

A customized cutterhead often starts with measurements of the stock head of the planner or jointer; this can be carried out by either our customer or by our engineers; if it is former, our engineers will guide our customers through the measurement process. Based on the measured dimensions, we will generate a CAD design drawing and let the customer to confirm the design.  We will then send the machining order to our shop for machining.
